Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt.
Shoes must be returned in original condition, with all packaging intact.
Crepe soles get dirty easily, so please protect the soles by standing on a carpeted surface when trying them on.
Contact email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
State your reason for return; for exchanges, choose a replacement. You will then receive a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) along with our returns shipping address and you can return the shoes at your cost.
Please obtain proof of posting in the unlikely event you may need to make a claim if your return is not received at our fulfilment company.
Hutton has the right to refuse a refund if returned shoes are not in a saleable condition. We are unable to exchange shoes ordered for different sizes due to the limited edition nature and very low stock numbers.
However, we will honour any promo code or discount that was valid at the time of purchase so please contact us if you wish to buy a replacement pair whilst waiting for your return and refund to be processed. This code will be valid for the purpose of purchasing another size or colour of the same model only.
Returns & Exchanges From Outside the EU
Customers returning goods from outside the EU must label the package as a product return to avoid custom import duty. If this isn’t done, any incurred import duty will be deducted from the refund.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), you have seven working days beginning the day after delivery (the ‘cooling-off period’) in which to cancel your order, if for any reason you are not happy.
